It's a monkey!

It was a wild time at Pump It Up for Stella's 2nd birthday!

we bounced and jumped like crazy on a Saturday afternoon.

We just celebrated all our May family birthdays at our annual Big Birthday Bash and it was awesome. Thank you Dara for my *moist* cake and thanks everyone for the great gifts! Stella sported her new itsy-bitsy polka dot bikini with her water wings, and Adam loved Uncle Jeff. And our snapping turtle was a big hit. { PS who is the short girl?? Remind me to always wear heels at the Draegers. }

happy 1st bday, RYDER!

My good friend Lauren threw the cutest safari party for Stella's boyfriend Ryder (a younger man!). He is such a rad kid. We had a blast - they had a pinata (Stella ate the candy right off the ground), Ryder got a cute blue car (Stella was a gift stealer and rode on it), and as we were leaving we couldn't find Stella... oh she was in the backyard, diggin in the dirt like a gopher, dirt in her hair and shoes. Never a dull moment. We were happy to be there and celebrate with the one year old. Yay, Ryder!

We took Stella to Disneyland on her birthday! What a blast to the past for us, we hadn't been in years. She loved the parade and all the kids. We bought her her first Minnie Mouse. It was a perfect trip!

ONE!

I simply can't believe it's been a year since my precious was born. It has been such a year filled with joy. I am so glad to have this girl in my life. I love her laugh, her silly faces, her hugs smile, and her determined little spirit. I even love when she is a stinker and runs away from me as I try to pick her up! Happy, happy 1st birthday Stella Rae, forever my baby, I love you.
